I'm sorry to say, but I cant think of a way for this to work I don't want to move the oem license, I just want to leave the oem license on the machine it's on now the system is bring retired and use the full retail license on a new machine without having to reinstall windows. Another option may be to just leave the OEM key in the install and move it to the new machine, but put the Retail licence and media you bought someplace, label it, and never use it.
